Explanation:
Mediating the process of learning how to use technology by social dynamics/interactions.
Mediating can be translated as تواسط or توفيق between two sides. As this is done by social interactions, I added اجتماعي. I preferred تواسط because توفيق can have other meanings that can make the phrase ambiguous.
