Thank you to everyone for your input on this. I have informed the agency that it could be "ecole royale du service de sante militaire" (and thank you to all those of you who came up with that), although, to be honest, it is in a stamp, so it would be strange for them to leave out an apostrophe and a letter. As Susan mentions, though, there do seem to be quite a lot of écoles royales in Morocco, so it's probably a good starting point. Writeaway may feel that it is "easily found on the www" (was that a little dig?), but that doesn't mean it's right.

It says "diplomé", so it's an educational institution. Could it be L'ERSS, with E meaning école? Or could L be lycée?
