Aunque he apoyado desde el primer momento la propuesta de Abe(L)solano, el comentario de Andy Watkinson me ha hecho reflexionar. Me parece muy interesante la interpretación de un traductor nativo.

Si, como afirma Andy, la expresión original es más contundente, podemos renunciar a imitar el juego de palabras y buscar algo más contundente en español. Propongo "monserga" como opción alternativa:
