sinker Explanation: Anche se non conosco in dettaglio la tecnologia LDMOS, ho dato un'occhiata a uno schema e ho visto che chiamano "sinker" dei contatti che vengono ricavati tramite etching per raggiungere il substrato dalla superficie attraverso lo strato epitassiale. Si potrebbero rendere come "contatti di profondità" ma fa schifo. Chiunque li chiamerebbe "sinker". La letteratura sull'argomento del resto è esclusivamente in inglese. |
