agree  David Knowles: "awarded" is simplest. It's slightly awkward with "property" but "adjudicated" is a more specialised word and you'd have to separate the two cases "money awarded or property adjudicated" and that's very clumsy

neutral  Anton Konashenok: "Rights to money/property" and "right to RECEIVE money/property" are two different things. The latter normally means a mere custodial arrangement (receiving it physically, but in the name of the principal)
