Hello, I am translating from Arabic to English a contribution to a non-technical newsletter article on Disaster Preparedness in Libya. The author is a university professor and is listing the most important types of training on Disaster Preparedness. I do not understand what he means by "البحث عن الضوء". My draft translation is [The most important training programs are: ... training in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, *night* *search*, rescue, team organization, medical and disaster relief operations.]

My guess is that it literally means "searching by light", therefore "searching in the dark", therefore "night search". Does this make sense? Thanks
