Estoy traduciendo un certificado de matrimonio emitido en mi país (Nicaragua) y me encontré un término, el cual es primera vez que veo en un certificado de matrimonio, a pesar de que he tenido la oportunidad de traducir varios de estos documentos.

En el caso de comunidad de bienes, pienso que se puede traducir ya sea como "Community property of husband and wife" o "joint ownership of property by husband and wife"

Con respecto al término "regimen económico" no estoy seguro si su equivalente sería "ownership of property"? como en:

The ST / source text doesn't actually say régimen económico *matrimonial* whilst the second ProZ weblink shows that, generally, it can be used to describe the finaancial structure of a mercantile / trading company.

Otherwise cut to community (marital) property states in the USA: 'Is Florida a community or marital property state? No, Florida is not a community property state. Like the majority of states, Florida follows equitable distribution rules.'

Community property, 'controversially' on ProZ: jointly owned / joint title as in an E&W joint tenancy - de novo, an archaic misnomer for joint onwership, including of bank accounts.
