Team, could you help me decide on the best translations for Contractor Company and Contractor?

The whole sentence is: Additional information and actions may be warranted by the Contractor Company and Contractor before work under the contract can begin.

@ Heloísa You have to check the first paragraph of the contract, where the parties are defined. Contractor is not commonly used for "contratante". It's usually a "contratada".

I've sent the query to the client and he suggests using CONTRATANTE for CONTRACTOR and EMPRESA CONTRATANTE for CONTRACTING COMPANY. I still find them confusing though.. what do you think?

Contexto O contexto não permite deduzir se a Contractor Company é a contratante ou uma contratada. Ao que parece, a Contractor Company pode ser a contratada e os Contractors seriam seus colaboradores.
Para ter certeza, é preciso ver aquele parágrafo no início do contrato que define quem são as partes.

@Maria Bem observado, já que ela colocou na categoria "Recursos Humanos"... É mencionado algo como "Contractor Company and Contractor Employee"? Caso a resposta seja negativa, isso pode estar se referindo à mesma "party". O "contratado" geralmente aparece como "service provider".

What is the relationship between the companies? Contratante and Contratado is standard terminology when Company A hires Contract B.
If the terms are used for all contractors the company hires to perform work for them, that would be my choice.

What about the use of Empreiteira/Empreiteiro? The TM is inconsistent about the terms Contractor and Contracting Company - and it has Empreiteiro and Empreiteira as a hit. What do you think?

Could you give a little more context, are those the two different parties entering into a contract (as in, one company is hiring the other's services or such)?
