The Custodian may entrust all or part of the assets of the Company, in particular securities traded abroad or listed on a foreign stock exchange or admitted to a clearing system, to such clearing system or to such correspondent banks as may be determined by the Custodian from time to time. The Company's holding in a Target Fund may be represented by a registered position held by the relevant transfer agent or broker. The Custodian's liability shall not be affected by the fact that it has entrusted all or part of the assets in its care to a third party. The Custodian shall exercise reasonable care in the selection and supervision of its own correspondents.
