Pro bono (latin) veut dire gratuitement, à titre gracieux, bénévolement, etc. Cependant, dans ce cas-ci, il faudrait écrire "Il est directeur de projets pour les projets sans but lucratifs de la Fondation."
On pourrait aussi utiliser "pro bono";
