Farmed fish is used much more frequently - we don't often use aquaculture, we say 'fish farming', 'fish farms'.
Generally speaking, the plural of fish is fish. You'll sometimes find fishes, but fish is more usual.

It seems that \'fishes\' is mainly used when we are talking about several different species. The site gives \'Several fishes in the region have become extinct.\' I think that is a good example of when we do need to use fishes, but most of the time \'fish\' is a safer choice.

The more I think about it, the more I feel that I\'d only use \"aquaculture fish\" in a bureaucratic/government/EU sort of text - not in the sort of context you\'ve given above.
