: noch lieber, besser und überhaupt: beherrschendes Unternehmen, wie es in den meisten deutschen Unterlagen heißt. Dennoch ist der Begriff "Subjekt" sprachlich völlig in Ordnung, ist nur den "Ottonormalos" halt unbekannt in diesem Zusammenhang

rjz hat Recht - es handelt sich teilweise auch um natürliche Personen, daher nehme ich das beherrschende Rechtssubjekt dankbar an."
