odnoszac sie do techniki przygotowania to najbardziej zblizone bedzie `steamed`, ale spotkalem sie tez z terminem `poached` w odniesieniu np. do jaj i ryb.Jezeli cos przygotowujemy we wrzatku zanuzajac tylko na 1-2 minuty to jest 'poached',ale jesli na dluzej to bedzie 'boiled'.
