Plural form . Some times is written مصاريف الشحن but most times قيمة النوالين or مصاريف النوالين or مصروفات النوالين .

For singular form is the same case : مصارف النولون/ or مصارف او مصروفات النولون and sometimes as mentioned above is added to الشحن /الشحن البحري .

You can forget نولون or نوالين or مصروفات النوالين /مصروفات نولون شحن and replace them with مصاريف الشحن , is enough for both plural and singular.
