Chinese term

委托人/受托人

Chinese to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
I know there are several possibilities of translation, but in this context it is 委托人XXX委托受托人XXX作汇款的代理人. This 委托人 entrusts this 受托人 to remit money for him. What is the appropriate translation - principal and agent?
