不可抗力(Force Majeure)是指買賣合同簽訂後,不是由於當事人一方的過失或故意, 發生了當事人在訂立合同時不能預見,對其發生和後果不能避免並且不能克服的事件,以致 不能履行合同或不能如期履行合同。
