Bus/Financial - Insurance / employees' insurance policies
Danish term or phrase: fleksjob
Talking about retirement pension contributions, with those who do skånejob/fleksjob being offered a pension scheme without invalidity cover.
Is a fleksjob a job with flexible hours, or one where an employee rotates around doing different types of work in a company? Or something else perhaps?
Advice appreciated.

subsidised job
Explanation:
Subsidised job -
term from a paper by Nabanita Datta Gupta & Mona Larsen

There are a lot of rules and regulations about who can apply and who is entitled to a 'fleksjob', but in the end it is a tailored job specifically for the individual, on terms agreed with the employer, but subject to other agreements on the labour market.

It may be part time, or it may involve flexible hours, but in principle aims to be full-time employment.
