Thank you, Adrian. In my explanation, I suggested translating the whole phrase as 'successful application etc.' but translating 'ingewilligd' more literally as 'granted' is also absolutely fine.

In this specific context, 'schorsing' is to be read more fully as 'schorsing van de gunningsbeslissing', i.e. suspension of the procedure for the award of a public contract or the implementation of any decision taken by the contracting authority.

The 'wachttermijn' refers to the so-called 'standstill period'.
