This is an official regulation from the Dutch Central Bank (Supervisory Authority/Watchdog for banks, insurance companies and pension funds in the Netherlands. The aim of the regulation is to prevent banks in the Netherlands from offering disproportionately favourable credit facilities to their directors and other senior officials.
