Single word in a box on a tax form.
At first I thought was abb. for "forfaitair" = "standard rate" - but I am not sure if that fits and wonder is there another option.

: Yes, 'forfait' in the Dutch tax system refers to 'forfaitair bedrag' as in the sense of 'fixed deduction (amount)'.
