Non ho capito cos'è l'ovolina, per l'albume d'uovo in polvere bisogna vedere cosa dicono gli ingredienti del tuo prodotto se è eiwit, dooier o tutto quanto. Se dice poeder e basta rimarrei sul generico. Da quanto ho capito ci sono anche le uova essiccate ma mi riporta sui siti di preparazione della bottarga (pesce). Se guardi questo sito http://mail.biocfarm.unibo.it/~spinelli/cdu/html/cdu_63.htm vedi che esistono sia le uova in polvere che quelle disidratate, probabilmente sono 2 tecniche diverse ma vai a capire qual'è quella giusta...Per esclusione e per somiglianza tra poeder e polvere sceglierei quello, ma più per disperazione che per altro. |
