cassoulet Explanation: si tratta di un piatto che la cucina olandese ha preso in prestito dalla cucina francese, dalla Linguadoca per la precisione (come del resto avrai indovinato dal nome...). Tradizionalmente, viene preparato con oca, anatra, maiale o castrato e fagioli bianchi e viene servito in una terrina, nella quale e' stato cotto (viene passato in forno prima di essere servito). L'accostamento dei fagioli al nasello e' particolare, e suppongo sia un'invenzione dello chef del ristorante in questione. In italiano viene mantenuto il termine originale, cassoulet, volendo con una spiegazione. Buon lavoro! |
