English to French Law/Patents Patents

The Assignor has agreed to sell and the Assignee has agreed to purchase such right title or interest as the Assignor may have in the Patents and the Business IPRs.

J'ai trouvé la définition suivante mais je me demande si on traduit par DPI de société ?
Business IPRs means the Owned IPRs and all other registered and material unregistered Intellectual Property Rights required to carry out the Business immediately prior to the date of signature of this Agreement.
