Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
sions: Compensation that may be earned in connection with the sale of XX products and services.
Commissions are calculated by applying predetermined percentages to the Net Sales of Products and Services.
These percentages are established and can be modified from time to time by the Company at its sole discretion.
Commissions are generally paid at the end of the month following the month in which a sale occurs.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, contracts are processed for Commission purposes in the later of the month in which (i) the customer is invoiced, the contract is executed by both parties or (ii) the start date of the license of SkillSoft product occurs as set forth in the contract.
**Commissions will first be paid for odd month deals (i.e. not 12, 24 or 36 months) for the monthly period that is less than a 12-month increment**.
For example, for an 18-month contract, Commissions will be paid first on 6 months and then on the remaining 12-month period.
