Alpha-Gel-Emulgatoren Explanation: Um etwas mehr Platz zu haben: Agar-Agar spielt auch eine Rolle in diesem Zusammenhang "Emulgatoren", aber ob es als "a-gel" erscheint, ist die Frage.
