Es geht um die Beschichtungsanlage einer Bogenoffsetmaschine.

This machine is a single sided, thin film, thermal laminator ... There are two laminating rollers; a highly polished chrome roller, and a diameter rubber roller. These are pneumatically adjustable up to 6 metric tonnes on the nip. The temperature control unit pumps hot water into the chrome roller at a rate of 110 litres/min, and immediately back to the TCU for re-heating. Maximum speed is 60 metres/min. 8,000 sph of SRA2 landscape at 60 m/min. 6,900 sph of B2 landscape at 60 m/min. 4,900 sph of B1 landscape at 60 m/min.
