I wouldn't translate it!
And of course you shouldn't really translate any other chemical compounds if these are to appear on a toothpaste tube. Same case with cosmetic products!

Ι don't think that Sodium and tetrasodium are the same thing.
Besides, on toothpaste tubes (at least) we never saw any Greek translation of the ingredients.

: Δεν μεταφράζονται τα συστατικά σε συσκευασίες καλλυντικών και συναφών ειδών. Πηγαίνετε σε οποιοδήποτε Super Market (στην Ελλάδα) και δείτε τις συσκευασίες. Είναι όλα αμετάφραστα! Καλώς ή κακώς, δεν ξέρω, Σοφία και Βαλεντίνη, εγώ βλέπω τι συνηθίζεται!!!
