The above Hebrew is not terribly elegant, but it has the advantage of being correct ... a member in good standing has paid all the membership fees and fulfilled any other obligations.

Another possibility, suggested by a colleague (thanks, Sue) is
min ha-minyan
מן המנין
It's not 100% the same thing, but does put across the idea of being a 'regular' member, not in breach of any provision.

: Exactly! "In good standing" does not mean "מכובד". It means that a member has fulfilled his/her obligations.
