ammontare residuo (già destinato) del budget Explanation: Azzarderei un tentativo, basato sulla mia interpretazione... Vedi se per te ha senso. Del budget totale, c'è una parte che è già stata spesa per le missioni in corso in Europa e Asia... L'incremento del numero di queste missioni ha portato a incidere significativamente sul budget (has lead into a budgetary consumption) tanto da superare (goes beyond) l'ammontare delle risorse residue già destinate ai progetti (budgetary open amount. L'open amount, trovo in giro, è "The money that has not yet been paid for an item or service."Dovrebbe essere quindi il sospeso (il resto rispetto alla somma anticipata) della somma inizialmente investita. |

conto aperto del bilancio Explanation: '3 Somma dovuta, nota di spesa: mettere in c., aggiungere una voce a un conto aperto riservandosi di saldarlo in futuro', questa è la definizione del dizionario del corriere.it per 'conto'. Per 'open amount' l'unica definizione che ho trovato on line, è questa: http://www.termwiki.com/EN:open_amount Mentre la mia definizione di 'conto aperto' è quella di un conto non ancora chiuso, definito, come un debito non pagato ( v. il termwiki ) o come una nota spese, che va incontro a degli incrementi successivi.
