E' una cosa molto più ampia e complessa di un semplice ambulatorio, dove si fa anche ricerca e formazione.
A me viene in mente "clinica universitaria", da noi esistono queste, ma credo che il concetto sia ancora più ampio, nel caso che ti riporto (ma ce ne sono altri), si associano sotto la struttura diversi college dell'area.
