A, przepraszam, potem jest 'board of directors', wiec to nie członek zarządu, ale wciąż 'dyrektorem' może być.
'Officer' sugeruje, że to jakaś wysoka persona, nawet członek zarządu, stąd 'dyrektor' w propozycji.
