Poszedłbym jednak za pierwszym tropem. Intencją autora tekstu było bowiem wskazanie na opisane praktyki (czy - szumniej - strategie) jako zmieniające naturalną relację pomiędzy świadczącym usługi a klientem. Naturalna relacja nie jest oparta na sprzeczności interesów obu stron (ale raczej na równowadze wzajemnych korzyści), a wspomniane praktyki zmieniają tę relację na kontradyktoryjną, ustawiającą klienta w roli przeciwnika, którego należy ukarać za przekroczenie reguł tak skądinąd ustalonych, aby łatwo je było przekraczać. Co nie zmienia faktu, że praktyki owe są istotnie podstępne:)
