Acum că citesc mai cu atenţie, treba-i tare complicată. Malţul este un preparat care are la bază orz încolţit, ca să fiu sincer, nu prea pricep chestia cu extragerea:))) Ce se extrage din ce?

Asker: Pai... asta e problema mea, daca orzul trebuie sa fie incoltit, de ce trebuie sa fie si macinat ca sa obtii maltul din el? Extractul este din malt, iar maltul e din orz... "ground barley" --- se macina orzul pt a prepara maltul... hmmm?
