Intr-adevar - acum am gasit si eu raspunsul. The technical term is: cartofi deshidrataţi prin uscare, prelucrati din piure de cartofi expandat ... :) dar sunt cunoscuti comercial ca si cartofi crocanti. Multumesc, Diana
