Ar mai putea fi folosit termenul "ARTIFICII". Acum am citit si discutiile dintre ceilalti. manualele de marketing nu sunt scrise intr-un stil atat de formal, mai ales daca e unul din State. (Am terminat ISE si am citit cateva... :-)) nu cred ca e cazul sa fim excesiv de formalisti aici.

Mi se pare o formulare inspirata. Chiar sunt trucuri si artificii pentru atragerea clientilor, s-o spunem fara menajamente. Multumesc oricum tuturor.

"cheat sheet" clar nu este "fiţuică". Personal, din contextul dat de Misu si incadrarea lui in domeniul marketing/ market research inteleg ca este vorba despre niste instructiuni/ sfaturi care se dau cititorului documentului...

disagree  lucca: 1 de mai sus este o definiţie a fiţuicii :-) Mă rog, are şi o extensie, dar dacă vrem să includă "any memory refreshing tool", atunci nu se mai cheamă "cheat sheet". Nu se poate ca "fiţuica" să devină "manual" ;-)
