Мне немного непонятна нижеизложенная формулировка.
Неужели оплата неустойки осуществляется дважды?
Контекст:
If any payment to be made by the Exhibitor to the Company under the Contract is not paid on the due date for payment, the Exhibitor will pay to the Company interest on the amount overdue at an annual rate equal to 3 per cent above National Westminster Bank Plc.'s basic lending rate for the time being in force, such interest will be payable both before and after any judgement or order is made against the Exhibitor by any Court of competent jurisdiction.
