Administration and Waiver of this Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct shall be administered by ХХХ Board of Directors. Any questions and further information on this Code of Conduct should, in the first instance, be directed to a Corporate Compliance Officer.
Periodically ХХХ distributes its Code of Conduct to its employees and
conducts Code of Conduct training.
