общеприменительное выражение для gesture - этио жесты.
Swipe тут означает "скольжение" и это слово также часто употребляется в отношении жестов на мобильных девайсах. Есть даже такая клавиатура Swype, которая целиком построена на скольжении и жестах
Слово это обычно не переводится
по поводу того, как перевести back - можно "влево", но я бы перевел буквально "Назад", потому что это и так интуитивно понятно, что свапать надо влево
