"personal best - личный рекорд" - профессиональный спортивный термин, который регулярно используется для представления спортсменов в легкой атлетике, фигурном катании, реже в других видах спорта.

Поэтому в словосочетании "be your personal best" игра слов направлена на то, чтобы подчеркнуть призыв "побить личный рекорд", "превзойти свой результат (уже достигнутый результат)", или просто говоря "прыгнуть выше головы".
