Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is the way we do business: how you behave, and the actions you take. But it’s also what we expect from others doing business with us.
The objective of the training is for you to understand our Code of Conduct, but also to be responsible for your actions and your behaviour [staying] within our Code of Conduct.
It’s now in your hands to show that you understand and live our Values and our Code of Conduct.

nuance...
There is a subtle - but rather significant - difference in the meaning of the source text, depending on whether or not you include the word between [...]:
responsible for your actions and your behaviour [] within our Code of Conduct
-->
responsible for your actions and your behaviour staying within our Code of Conduct
-->
The use of the [...] is presumably intended to remind the speaker of his/her intention to emphasise this nuance in the oral presentation.
This subtlety seems to have been lost on all the answers here so far - and I guess it is likely to be lost on the readers of the Spanish translation, too...

The objective of the training is for you to understand our Code of Conduct, but also to be responsible for your actions and your behaviour [staying] within our Code of Conduct.
