full-height unit

Explanation:
The kitchen units include a full-height unit (i.e. with no division between floor units with worktop/sink, etc. and wall units) into which are fitted the fridge and the oven. Strange combination if arranged vertically, but it looks as if the fridge and oven may be at the bottom, with ordinary cupboard doors above (the fridge also being faced with a normal door panel).

Again, elegance is not a factor in building specifications. Were you translating advertising material for the product - particularly material aimed at end-buyers, not building professionals - elegance might come into it. Analyze the French: it\'s telegraphic.

tower unit

Explanation:
Although it doesn't sound very 'formal', this is the term very often employed by the manufacturers of fitted kitchens.
