Hello,

I understood that amorce translated in English as "primer", so I have been using it for "amorce" throughout my text, however, the French text also says "primer", should I translate both as "primer"?

Amorce sens Universelle = Universal sense primer
and "primer" here used in the French text:
Primer-1: 5’-AGTCGAGAGCCGATTCCGCT-3’
