I've been doing a lot of translating for a cosmetics company and have seen their marketing materials in both French and English. This is the way they translate "ovale." The language can be really over-the-top in cosmetics writing!

most of the hits on google suggest that people who are concerned about their ovale du visage are cocerned with double chins; english hits on sites for double chin-away creams often mention how they tone facial muscles
