Americano
Explanation:
An Americano is a cocktail made with Campari and served as an aperitif - so this will be something like a freshly-prepared Americano, or a House Americano - ie an Americano made to the restaurant's recipe. I found the following:

Before dinner, the classic Americano and Negroni are palate-opening drinks. Both are made with Campari and sweet vermouth; the Negroni also includes gin.

Maybe an idea would be to take the name of the restaurant and tag it to \'Americano\' - i.e. XXX Americano - so they know it\'s made to the restaurant recipe. Or stick to House Americano, or \'Americano - made to our secret/special recipe\', depending on how the aperitif list is laid out. Good luck!

neutral  writeaway: your comments about Americano are right, but not home made-just probably prepared in a special way (they add something 'extra' to it, etc.)

Américano maison
Dry and Sweet Vermouth and Campari...Vermouth and Campari Cocktail

Explanation:
Those are the ingredients....

a COCKTAIL

And why, pray tell, is it called an Americano?

I think it\'s because it comes in a TALL GLASS WITH ICE!!!

FINAL: House Vermouth/Campari Cocktail

I don\'t know if they call it an Americano in \"in bars\". Could be...not a bar maven

Américano maison
House style Américano

Explanation:
Do not Translate Américano - it's a brand name

Jane\'s right - not a brand name but a cocktail name (like bloody mary, manhattan....)
it does not change the translation
