sold from/in the tank Explanation: Given Web references to "hydrocarbures" being stored in "bacs de stockage" of capacities like 50,000 m3, I assume this refers to tanks such as found in tank farms at refineries, terminals, etc. I guess if the tank goes up before the fax is sent, it's the producer's loss, whereas if it goes up subsequently, it's the buyer's. |
