Angina pectoris (außer Prinzmetal-Angina) Explanation: Wer ist denn das Zielpublikum dieser Liste? Wenn die Liste auch nur so einigermaßen medizinisch ist, gibt es außer Angina pectoris nicht viel Auswahl. Selbst den Begriff "Angina" ohne "pectoris" verwendet man im Medizinerdeutsch kaum für die Durchblutungsstörung am Herzen, weil er mit der Bedeutung "Halsentzündung" belegt ist. "Engegefühl" oder "Beklemmung" (auch dies bevorzugt mit dem Zusatz "in der Brust" oder "im Brustkorb") wird als Beschreibung der Beschwerden für Patientenbroschüren u.Ä. verwendet, aber nicht (auch nicht allgemeinsprachlich) als Bezeichnung für die Krankheit. Um Abwechslung in der Liste zu kreieren, könnte man vielleicht auf "Durchblutungsstörung am Herzen" oder "koronare Durchblutungsstörung", "Verengung der Herzkranzgefäße"... ausweichen - je nachdem, wie medizinisch es denn sein soll. |
