Last term for text on plougs and other agricultural machines. I am looking for the Dutch translation of 'Gussringpacker'. It is the blue machine with the bigger, wheels on this link:

I do not know if it helps but the Norwegian word is 'Ringpakkere'. I am tempted to go for the Dutch
'cirkelpakker' of 'ringpakker', but am not confident this is the name in use. Or is it perhaps a 'vorenpakker'?

: Het ziet er inderdaad uit als een schijven-eg. De schijven zijn gietijzeren ringen, pack = anglicisme voor compacteren (kluiten breken). Verklaart misschien de naam.

Beste Jacqueline, het is geen schijveneg, wat de vertaling is voor 'Kreiselegge' (die ik elders in mijn vertaling gebruik). Het apparaat is inderdaad een pakker, zoals Tuliparola aangaf. Iedereen toch hartelijk bedankt voor de geleverde inspanningen, die me op het juiste spoor hebben gezet! Nog een prettig weekend toegewenst ;-)
