conspicuities
This is a real word, according to MW, but I've never heard or seen it used. "Auffällig" is an adjective with the meaning
-conspicuous
-obvious
-noticeable, etc.
Perhaps the adjective + whatever noun applies here:
conspicuous /obvious / noticeable + deviation / non-compliance / non-conformity
Perhaps this will get you on the right track

If there's only one accepted term, then you're probably right. I'm not specialized in QM specifically, and have been working with Six Sigma a lot lately, which uses this type of language. Thanks for the correction.

: I have actually heard conspicuous features used, but I'm not sure how common this is

Asker should definitely select the standard accepted term, which others have kindly supplied. I was providing possibilities, not certainties. Naturally, certainties are preferable.

(recurring) non-conformances
This is what they call it in the quality reports of the multinationals I work for. I think you shouldn´t leave out "recurring" or "repeated".
