Asker: Thanks a lot for your help, Helena, but "Neuzuweisung" is what I do understand unlike "UZEPS i.H."

disagree  Steffen Walter: Neuzuweisung = new admission/newly admitted (to UZEPS) in a hospital context (see discussion)./Phil: Not as clear-cut as it seems (i.e. Zuweisung = referral, Einweisung = admission). Either could be possible, and "Zuweisung" might be specific Swiss usage.
