FYI I went with "Specialized Sports Instructor"

technical sport instructor

In rugby, for example, you have a technical trainer, who supports the trainer. He specializes in more technical aspects of the sport, i.e. tackling.
Note from asker:
I'm contemplating "Specialist Sports Instructor" - I really like the instructor part of your answer...
Peer comment(s):

neutral Kim Metzger : I don't think it refers to the "technical aspects". "Der Fachsportleiter Judo versteht die Grundlagen des Sports in der Bundeswehr und setzt sie in seiner Sportart in die Praxis um."

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I am having a hard time assigning the points since I used aspects of each answer. But you were the first. ;)"
1 hr

specialized P.E. instructor

Note from asker:
I wish I could give you points too because I used the "specialized" part of your answer. However Andries was first and I got the instructor part from his answer. Thanks so much though!

professional sport instructor

I understand that this sport is professional in nature ( Bundeswehr), thus my suggestion.
